Digital Asset Specialist

Caldwell Electrical Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control & Data Specialist to own creation, organization, and improvement of project documentation and structured data for CEC and Wise Building Technologies (WBT).
You will extract information from drawings, photos, nameplates, PDFs, and online sources, turning it into clean Excel workbooks, WBT asset records, and standardized processes, with active AI tool usage to accelerate data entry and accuracy.
