Supporting high-volume creator and customer content programs, the full-time remote Creator Partnerships Strategist will manage creator sourcing, outreach, partnership development, and community engagement while optimizing campaign performance and ensuring content quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creator recommendations aligned with client objectives and campaign goals while managing outreach workflows and follow-ups
Support onboarding and community operations for creators and customers, fostering engagement and maintaining communication
Track and review content for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with program requirements and providing actionable feedback to creators
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social commerce
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, trackers, and creator management platforms
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content behavior
Experience creating campaign documentation or educational resources using design tools
Ability to manage detail-sensitive work and identify patterns for workflow improvement
