Junior Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop in a structured, supportive project management environment.

You will work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing projects. Full training, mentorship and professional development opportunities (including funded certifications) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities

Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates

Support project managers in monitoring progress, risks and issues

Communicate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders

Help track budgets, timelines and deliverables

Contribute to process improvements and project governance activities

About You

Degree in Business, Management or related industry is preferable but not essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn

A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving

Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a bonus but not required
