AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon Creator Connection, and publishers.
You will recruit, cultivate, and manage relationships with affiliates who align with our brand, ensuring performance and growth.
Responsibilities

Identify and recruit affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
Build and nurture strong partnerships aligned with our brands.
Negotiate commission and promotional agreements.
Manage affiliate programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon Creator Connection, and publishers.
Monitor, optimize, and report on performance.
Provide data-driven insights for growth
Qualifications

5+ years leading social, creator, influencer, and/or affiliate programs for a major brand, agency, or fast‑scaling CPG — with a track record of building real growth engines, not just running channels.
Creator DNA — a deep, instinctive understanding of organic algorithms and what actually performs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus the ability to turn that into scalable content strategy.
Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon affiliate/Associates, Meta affiliates, and publisher/commerce partnerships.
Strong command of affiliate and influencer contract negotiation and partnership management at every tier.
Analytical rigor — a clear point of view on incrementality, profit‑based measurement, and cross‑channel performance.
Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing content/creator teams and to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast, scrappy environment.
Skilled in multi‑format content creation (graphics, short‑and‑long‑form video, reels, stories) and comfortable directing talent from concept to execution.
