Remote Brand Designer – Employer Branding (30 hrs/wk)

ONWARD SEARCH is seeking a Brand Designer to support a dynamic employer branding team in a remote CST-hours role, 30 hours per week. You will develop visual assets that strengthen the employer identity and support recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities include designing logos, icons, badges, and merchandise concepts; growing a library of visuals for multiple platforms; and creating assets for presentations, events, social media, and career sites.
