Key responsibilities
Define and execute a People Analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and measure talent outcomes
Analyze workforce data to provide clear recommendations for talent decisions and design staff surveys
Develop reporting tools and analytics solutions while establishing data governance practices for People insights
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience developing people analytics strategies and translating data into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
