Are you a creative student, recent graduate, or aspiring designer looking to gain real-world experience?
Anna Maria of Aurora is looking for a Marketing & Design Intern to assist with graphic design, marketing, website updates, photography, special events, and campus communications. You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing & Engagement on projects that are seen throughout our campus and community. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your portfolio while working on projects that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
Assist with the design and layout of flyers, newsletters, brochures, signage, and print/digital marketing materials
Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Assist with website updates and content management
Support marketing campaigns, photography, and special events
Help maintain consistent branding across campus communications
Organize marketing materials and creative assets
Proofread and prepare files for print and digital use
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
Has a creative eye and strong attention to detail
Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Is studying or has experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Internship Details:
PRN/Seasonal position with a flexible morning or afternoon schedule
Approximately 16-20 hours per week, based on department needs and project workload
6-month Internship
At the end of the six-month term, performance and departmental needs will be evaluated. The internship may be extended or transition into continued employment based on that review.
