Global CRM Campaigns Lead: Email, Push & WhatsApp

Soho House & Co is seeking a Global CRM Executive to lead email, push notification, and WhatsApp campaigns for global audiences, with a North America focus. You will develop HTML/CSS modules, ensure data hygiene, and collaborate across Marketing to optimize engagement and conversions.
You will manage campaigns end-to-end, working within tight deadlines, and report to the Global CRM Manager. A strong emphasis on personalization, testing, and analytics will drive continuous improvement.
