Thatch, a fully distributed early stage company, seeks a Regional Director, Mid-Market West to build and scale a team across the West Coast. You will own regional revenue outcomes, coach AEs through complex cycles, and coordinate with Sales, Brokers, Solutions, Implementation, and Product to drive growth.
You’ll manage a multi-million ARR target, hire and ramp Mid-Market AEs, and raise the bar on sales discipline while partnering with brokers to expand coverage and win strategic opportunities.
