Apparel Designer for Uniforms

Working in a hybrid capacity, the temporary Apparel Designer for Uniforms will focus on converting nearly 300 NCAA uniforms into a new uniform innovation chassis, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing Adobe Illustrator for design execution.
Key responsibilities

Design conversion of existing uniforms into a new chassis, including the creation of Apparel PR & Uniform Line Art
Collaborate with the internal PA Studio team for sublimation and trim schematic work while ensuring design accuracy
Conduct regular check-ins with NCAA BB Design, Development, and PM partners to oversee project progress and address challenges

Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment focused on materials, trims, design, and fit
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; experience with Vizcom/3D/Miro is a plus
Graphic Design expertise, including the ability to create simple graphic schematics for sublimation artwork
Strong collaboration skills with proven experience presenting work to stakeholders across cross-functional teams
