Position Overview
Title: Integrated Producer, Social | Reports to: VP GM, Creative Director
About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level, socially fluent Integrated Producer to own day-to-day social production across a portfolio of brands. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role for someone who can traffic assets across multiple workstreams at once, keep feedback and edits flowing between the creative team, strategy, and external creators, and bring a sharp creative eye to everything that ships — all while managing a roster of makers/creators, including their contracts and budgets, and making sure every asset lands on time and on spec.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day social production process across a portfolio of up brands, managing scheduling and workflow to keep high-volume content moving through the pipeline
Traffic social assets across internal creative/strategy teams, brand stakeholders, and external creators/makers — ensuring every asset is routed, reviewed, and delivered on spec and on time
Collect, synthesize, and distribute creative feedback between brand/strategy stakeholders and the creative team, translating notes into clear, actionable direction
Review social content with a sharp creative eye, providing thoughtful, constructive feedback directly to makers/creators to elevate quality and platform fit
Build, organize, and manage a roster of social creators and makers, including outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day relationship management
Own contract execution and tracking for all creators/makers on the roster, partnering with legal/finance as needed to keep agreements current and compliant
Manage budget tracking across the creator/maker roster and broader social production, flagging overages and reconciling spend against project budgets
Partner directly with the creative and strategy teams to align on briefs, timelines, and deliverable specs, ensuring social assets are produced and delivered on time and to spec
Maintain organized asset libraries, project trackers, and status reports across all 9 brands, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage of production
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the content pipeline and problem-solve in real time to keep high-volume social production on track
