A/V & Collaboration Technician for Live Events

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Collaboration Technology Technician to provide courteous and timely audio visual and video production services on campus. The role includes responding to tickets, acting as the first responder for AV issues, and delivering reliable services for events.
Preferred candidates have IT/AV support experience, familiarity with Webex/Zoom/Teams, and strong communication skills. Eligible for evening/weekend support for campus events.
