Brand & Creative Ops Lead (6-Month Contract)

Personio GmbH is seeking a Brand & Creative Operations Manager (d/f/m) for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Munich or Berlin. You will own the operating model for Brand & Creative, guiding intake, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery workflows across teams.
You’ll forecast capacity with Creative leadership and evolve the tools stack to support efficient asset creation and handoff. You’ll design intake processes, build dashboards for leadership visibility, and manage vendor relationships
