Freelance Program Manager — Healthcare Omnichannel Delivery

VML is seeking a Freelance Program Manager to oversee end-to-end program delivery for a large Healthcare client in a client-facing role in California. You will manage omni-channel content and marketing programs, scale delivery with multiple teams, and drive continuous improvement across workstreams.
The role requires 5-7+ years in a large Ad agency with healthcare/pharma/insurance experience, plus strong PM operations and a passion for AI-enabled delivery.
