Director of Programs and Learning

To strengthen programmatic collaboration and lead strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Programs and Learning will manage organizational learning, coordinate initiatives, and support partnerships across member organizations while working 2-3 hours between 8AM and 12PM PST at least four days a week.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and evolution of key initiatives, including fundraising support and partnership coordination for grassroots-led projects
Steward learning and evaluation processes, synthesizing lessons and trends to inform CLIMA's strategies and initiatives
Facilitate collaboration and communication across member organizations, supporting strategic planning and organizational reflection

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in climate justice, philanthropy, or movement-building with direct experience in grassroots partnerships
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across organizations and networks
Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with experience in designing learning and evaluation processes
Demonstrated success in translating learnings into actionable strategies and initiatives
Deep commitment to justice, equity, and collaborative leadership practices
