A well-established, fee-based fiduciary financial advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and retirement plan sponsors. Our client provides comprehensive wealth management, retirement plan consulting, and financial planning services, and are experiencing steady growth.

We're seeking a highly organized, client-focused operations leader to oversee their Client Services team and serve as the operational bridge between advisors, operations, and clients. This role owns client onboarding, advisor support, compliance coordination, investment operations support, retirement plan service delivery, and team leadership building scalable systems that let advisors and staff perform at their best.

Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

Own the client journey from onboarding through ongoing service; serve as a key point of contact; ensure requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Operations Leadership:

Manage and coach the Client Services team; build and document workflows and SOPs; track service metrics and capacity to maintain consistent service levels.

Wealth Management Support:

Support advisors with account maintenance, money movement, trade processing, portfolio rebalancing, RMDs, and financial planning prep using standard industry CRM and planning tools.

Retirement Plan Operations:

Coordinate plan onboarding, provider/recordkeeper proposals, fee and investment benchmarking, fiduciary documentation, and annual service calendars to keep plans audit-ready.

Compliance & Risk:

Ensure documentation and processes meet firm and regulatory standards; partner with compliance on ongoing requirements.

Advisor Support:

Prepare advisors for client and prospect meetings; assist with proposals and presentation materials.

Leadership:

Coach and develop the team; foster accountability and a solutions-oriented culture; drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows.

Qualifications:
Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

FINRA Series 7, 63, and/or 65.

5+ years in wealth management, retirement plan consulting, or financial services operations.

Experience with client onboarding, account opening, and CRM systems.

Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
