Retail Team Lead: Customer Experience & Coaching

LOFT, Geneva store in Illinois, is seeking a Sales Lead for Regular/Part time hours to drive personalized customer experiences and lead a team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, coach associates, and maintain store standards.
This role requires strong communication, initiative, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a key team member, you’ll use tools to support omnichannel shopping and, when needed, step in as manager.
