Assoc Director Pro Dealer POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pro Dealer Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Pro Dealer operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the success and growth of our Pro Dealer business in North America. Exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to drive results will be instrumental in leading our Pro Dealer sales team to achieve sales targets, enhance the customer experience, and uphold the brand's reputation.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement in our sales operations.
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the business, overseeing their achievement through effective sales strategies and performance monitoring
Manage and optimize profit margins, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our business at all Pro Dealer Customers ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to standard operating procedures, and exceptional customer service
Champion a customer‑centric approach across sales operations, enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive repeat business and foster customer loyalty
Collaborate with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand
Work with the marketing team to create compelling store displays and promote product visibility
Lead, inspire, and mentor the Pro Dealer sales team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work culture
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities for team members
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, using insights to inform sales strategies and remain competitive
Collaborate with finance teams to develop sales budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements across all retail locations
Uphold brand standards and maintain consistency in customer service and store presentation
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
Proven experience (at least 3+ years) in sales management
Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to make data‑driven decisions
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of leading high‑performing teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Visionary mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and lead transformational initiatives
Work in a fast‑paced, and busy environment
Experience with Pro Dealer and Specialty Retailers
Multi‑brand or multi category experience preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is between $135,130.00 and $198,187.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
