The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day administration of FCA Club Sports while helping create an environment where coaches and athletes are encouraged to grow in their faith.
This role may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and ministry responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on integrating ministry with athletics and building partnerships across Northeast Iowa.
