Agent Success & Training Lead

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for agents and their onboarding. You will train users on Compass tools, support marketing requests, and ensure a world-class client experience in an in-office Florida setting.
You will manage a high-touch portfolio, promote technology adoption, create collateral, and collaborate with onboarding/marketing teams while mentoring junior staff.
