Sales Director - Senior Living Growth & Referrals

New Perspective Prior Lake is seeking a Sales Director to lead residency sales at our assisted living and memory care community. You will plan and oversee leasing of all suites, target revenue growth, and cultivate referrals to boost census quickly.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leasing or sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally. This role includes a base salary of $55,000–$70,000 with a lucrative bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.
