Position Responsibilities

Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership. Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information and creative design for opportunities to enhance customer experience. Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages. Help prepare catalog layouts, photos and copy for new product additions. Assist with catalog pagination and layout for mini catalogs and pamphlets.
Minimum Requirements

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only. Experience with Microsoft Office, with some experience with Access and Excel a plus. Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
