Global Onboarding Experience Lead (90 Days)

Super Technologies in Spain seeks an Employee Onboarding Specialist to refine and oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. You will collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and Workday to align processes.
You will create onboarding plans for different roles, enhance Workday automation, update checklists and templates, and train managers and onboarding buddies for the first 90 days.
