Protodigy is seeking a Founding People & Talent Lead to architect and own the end-to-end hiring engine for a fast-growing Munich-based tech startup. You will directly partner with the founders on org design, compensation, and talent planning, while building an employer brand to attract elite talent across the DACH region.
You must have 2–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience and strong German language fluency (C1).
