Three Pillars is seeking a Head of Personal Brand / Content to scale a social-first personal brand across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will own production, strategy, and scalable content systems to grow audiences into the millions and establish thought leadership in entrepreneurship and business building.
You will design framework-based content repurposing and oversee cross-platform storytelling, analytics, and optimization, with autonomy and equity compensation as part of the package.
