Strategic Proposals & Technical Writing Manager

IPS Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Proposal & Technical Writing Manager to lead bid writing and assist with technical copy. You will own the end-to-end proposal process and drive automation and efficiency using AI tools.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate technical content into persuasive language and maintain a centralized content library. The role may be remote with visits to the San Diego headquarters.
