WM is seeking a Digital Content Designer to drive content and experience across WM.com and the new My WM app. You will work with product owners, UX/UI designers, and front-end engineers to craft engaging content that supports customer acquisition and retention across WM’s key business areas.
You will ensure content standards with the brand team, participate in agile ceremonies, review external content for accuracy, and lead research with the UX team to address customer needs.
