Global Client Communications Lead: Strategy & Engagement

Global Payments is seeking a Manager, Communications to lead our client communications team across the US and Canada. You will develop and execute communications that inform customers of regulatory, operational, contractual, and service updates.
As a leader, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging, manage projects from intake to delivery, and monitor effectiveness through metrics to continuously improve the customer experience.
