Rabalais I&E Constructors seeks experienced Instrument Planner for one of our Corpus Christi, Texas jobsites - FHR
An Instrument Planner is responsible for overseeing instrumentation maintenance activities, preparing detailed job plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role of an Instrument Planner is crucial in ensuring that instrumentation systems operate efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of industrial operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Typically requires a background in engineering or a related field, with experience in instrumentation and maintenance planning
Proficiency in planning software and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with various teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Review work requests and prepare detailed job plans for instrumentation maintenance.
Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all required materials and resources are available for scheduled tasks
Develop and maintain 14-day and 90-day look-ahead work plans to manage upcoming activities effectively
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and reports on completed tasks
Participate in key performance indicator (KPI) assessments to evaluate maintenance targets and efficiency
Qualifications
