Carter’s Inc. in Buckhead is seeking a senior merchandising leader to drive strategy, line structure, and brand initiatives for our baby and young children brands.
You will lead deep-dive analyses, monitor marketplace trends, and guide assortment decisions with Design, Sourcing and Product teams to grow relevance and margins. The role reports to the Director or VP of Merchandising, may have 1–2 direct reports, and is based in our Buckhead office.
