X-Ray Technology is looking for a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Scotts Valley. In this role, you'll help build precision X-ray components and products while working in a safe, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll be a key member of our production team, helping ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities Include:
Assemble and manufacture X-ray tubes and related components according to established procedures.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Monitor production processes and report issues or improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement efforts that help increase quality, efficiency, and safety.
Work closely with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.
Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Assist in safety audits and help address any identified concerns.
Support other production areas as business needs change.
Perform additional duties as assigned to help the team succeed.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience preferred. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and technical documents. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing role that requires the ability to: Stand and walk for most or all of a shift. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work. Handle small components with accuracy and precision. Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the day. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators when needed. Read work instructions, drawings, and computer-based information. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law.
