Production Coordinator, Animated Series, Animation Production

Amazon Studios is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Production Coordinator to support our growing Animated Originals Production Department.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task; have the ability to complete departmental administrative projects; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; and monitor and manage multiple projects/productions from setup through wrap.

The role requires a candidate with a professional manner who can effectively work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders at the studio and show level.

Key job responsibilities

Organize production documents (e.g., contracts, calendars, reports and schedules) across the studio network.

Act as liaison to External Production Partners as well as Internal Amazon Studios stakeholders

Attend important production events including weekly business review meetings, production calls, table reads, records, etc.

Assist and facilitate general requests and communications to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures from pre-production through wrap.

Manage and track production wrap deliverables

Assist Production Team with administrative tasks including but not limited to: travel arrangements, meeting requests and scheduling

This is a growth opportunity for those passionate about physical production and becoming production managers.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Knowledge of creative, production, post-production processes and related workflows

High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience dealing with major unions, guilds, contractual terms and deal structures in the entertainment industry

Experience handling confidential information

Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
