Astyra Corporation seeks a Contracts Writer to draft and execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and related agreements. The role requires coordinating with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure complete information and aligned requirements.
You will maintain an organized repository of agreements in SharePoint and work with business leads to ensure programs stay aligned with contracts and health IT initiatives. Remote position, Raleigh-area candidates preferred.
