The Dispatch in Washington, DC is seeking an Audience Growth & Lifecycle Manager to run the day-to-day engine of our membership business. You will build and launch campaigns, run conversion and paywall tests, own our lifecycle email flows, and turn the resulting data into decisions.
You will work directly with senior leadership and own outcomes rather than tasks. We are a small team; you will touch acquisition, conversion, retention, and reporting.
