Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this role translates strategic priorities into highly targeted, personalized journeys across the customer lifecycle.
This role owns end-to-end campaign execution - from audience segmentation and journey design through deployment, testing, and performance optimization. Using CRM data, the CRM Campaign Manager builds precise audience segments and delivers personalized messaging across channels including email, and other digital touchpoints, supporting growth in clinical programs, primary care, cash-pay and destination services.
The ideal incumbent brings strong lifecycle marketing expertise and a data-driven mindset, using insights to inform targeting, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize performance against KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and retention. Experience with CRM in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred, along with a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws to ensure compliant, secure handling of sensitive data.
With a high level of operational rigor and attention to detail, this individual ensures data integrity, campaign quality, and compliance within the CRM environment, supported by structured workflows and QA processes.
