Leading multiple client engagements within the Life Insurance and Annuity domain, the full-time Senior UX/UI Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions, conduct design reviews, and provide technical leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support client engagements, ensuring effective technical solutions are designed and implemented
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and participate in project planning and solution architecture discussions
Drive code quality through reviews and best practices while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in development and support projects involving Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, DB2/SQL, C#, and .NET
Strong understanding of Policy Administration System architecture and design principles
Minimum 6 years of experience working with SQL databases
Experience managing technical delivery across distributed teams and directly with clients
BS/BA/MBA/MS degree or equivalent in Technology or Computer Applications
