Holder Construction is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator in our Dallas region office to own the full pursuit lifecycle—from kickoff through final submission. You’ll lead InDesign-based proposal production, shape win themes, and collaborate with project managers to deliver compelling messaging.
You’ll manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continuously improve proposal templates and processes to win more work.
