Regional Sales Director — Hotel Revenue Growth Leader

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to oversee a cluster of hotels in the Northeast, driving revenue and profitability. You will guide area and property Directors of Sales and shape strategic plans for the portfolio.
You will lead and develop sales teams, ensure targets across rooms, F&B, and events, and collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize revenue. A bachelor's degree is required with multi-property leadership preferred.
