Responsibilities
Develop and execute design concepts, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and market trends
Collaborate closely with the product development and sales teams to translate design concepts into commercially viable products
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis
Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production
Oversee and guide the design team, providing clear direction and feedback
Manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to final production
Ensure all designs adhere to quality and industry standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Proven experience as a senior designer in the retail industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across all categories
Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
In-depth understanding of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, composition, and overall design aesthetics
