Customer Experience Specialist

for our Downtown Columbus office! This is an entry-level, customer-facing role - great for someone who thrives on personal interaction, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for customers every single day.

What you'll do:

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier service in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with a supportive team to continuously improve the customer experience

Represent the Tally brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Reliable and able to work from our Downtown Columbus office 4 days per weekNo experience required - we provide full training!
