About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Talent & Organization Capability to lead the development and execution of an integrated global talent strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization has the talent, leadership capability, and organizational strength necessary to meet current and future business objectives. This role involves providing executive leadership for global talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and learning and development. The VP will be expected to continuously enhance the quality and depth of talent, strengthen leadership benches, and build organizational capabilities that create a competitive advantage.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in the relevant areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale, multi-geography recruiting, and a strong background in enterprise-wide talent and organizational initiatives. They should be adept at utilizing modern talent technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and have a strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders. The role demands a collaborator with high influence and low ego, passionate about building stronger organizations through talent, and capable of driving execution in a global, matrixed environment. The VP will be expected to simplify processes, build scalable solutions, and ensure the company has the talent required to achieve its ambitions both today and in the future.
