What You’ll Do as a Video Producer

Help conceptualize and write advertisements and product videos for BambooHR

Breakdown scripts, create budgets, scout locations, schedule shoots

Organize and facilitate production meetings

Hire actors and crew

Orchestrate production design and prop management

Manage operations on set to maintain efficient production

Assist in hitting post-production and distribution deadlines

About You

Excellent writing and/or storytelling skills (be prepared to show us your stuff)

Some familiarity with video production processes from script breakdown to post-production and distribution

Acute attention to detail and efficient problem solver

The ability to work with collaborative, interdisciplinary teams

Strong presentation and speaking skills

A resilient sense of humor and/or really sweet dance moves (we’ll take either)

Preferred

Background in filmmaking or advertising

Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting tools

You enjoy producing (if you’re trying to become a director, this is probably not for you)

Strong and active online presence – blogging, social channels, forums, etc.
