East Area Sales Director — Lead Growth & Teams

Institut Straumann AG is seeking an Area Sales Director for the Neodent USA business. You will lead regional sales activities, shape the area strategy, and drive revenue growth through leadership of RSDs and DSS personnel. You will ensure effective use of CRM and sales metrics to achieve targets.
The role requires 10+ years of sales experience with 4+ years in sales management within medical device or dental sectors, plus a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Limited travel will be required.
