About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Marketplace Growth to lead the strategic development and long-term evolution of its marketplace. Candidates for the Vice President, Marketplace Growth position should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, marketplace strategy, or revenue growth, preferably in a high-growth technology company, digital marketplace, or mission-driven organization. The role demands a leader who is adept at balancing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, and who has a proven track record of influencing product strategy to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, and will have a strong background in leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness of the growth strategy in expanding educational opportunities for teachers and students across the country.
