Role Description
The Product Manager at RedditRecs will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and iteration. This full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area involves developing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and aligning cross-functional teams around clear objectives and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing product usage data, writing detailed product specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features. The Product Manager will define success metrics, run experiments, gather feedback, and continuously refine the product experience to deepen user engagement and drive growth. This role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, effective coordination of releases, and a strong focus on creating intuitive, data-informed user experiences.

Qualifications
Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and feature prioritization.
Experience with user research, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with consumer web products, recommendation systems, or social platforms is highly beneficial.
Comfort working with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) and defining product success metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
