Vehlo is seeking a CRM Onboarding Specialist to support the Aftermarket division with implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of workflows within the Vehlo CRM platforms. You’ll work closely with customers and the success teams to deliver a positive onboarding experience.
You will lead initial CRM setup, guide shop owners on leveraging CRM for new customer acquisition and upsells, and serve as the primary resource for email/CRM execution across product lines.
