SVP of Development & Growth for Public Media

Vermont Public seeks a Senior Vice President of Development to drive philanthropic growth, deepen donor engagement, and shape the future of public media in Vermont. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a 15-member team, manage a $14.7M fundraising goal for FY27, and serve as a frontline fundraiser and external ambassador.
The role requires strategic leadership, relationship-building across donors and partners, and collaboration with the Board and senior leadership to expand all revenue streams.
