Senior Cinema Camera Tech Support Engineer

RED Digital Cinema is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the Product Support team. You will assist customers via tickets and phone, provide detailed troubleshooting, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
You will collaborate with Product Support, Sales, Engineering and Management, maintain knowledge of RED products, and ensure timely responses while delivering exceptional customer service.
