Business Director- Growth Strategy & Analytics, Digital Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Business Director- Growth Strategy & Analytics Digital Experience to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $209,500 – $239,100 annually

Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Manage and mentor a team of analysts to foster talent development

Create and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products

Lead direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives and explore new customer experiences

Enhance credit performance through data analysis and risk modeling

Oversee execution of business strategies and manage multiple projects concurrently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

4+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience

2+ years of people management experience

2+ years of project management experience

Experience in financial services and/or consulting is a plus
