About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Talent & Employer Brand to lead the recruiting function and define the organization's external identity as an employer. This role is pivotal in establishing operational excellence in talent acquisition and strategically shaping the employer brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the recruiting operating model, setting and refining performance targets, and building the necessary infrastructure for talent acquisition. Additionally, the VP will own the end-to-end candidate experience, partner with marketing and communications to ensure a consistent brand story, and lead the team in workforce planning, compensation strategy, and function development.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in talent acquisition leadership, with a background in service-intensive, reputation-sensitive industries. The role requires a proven track record in building or reshaping recruiting functions, owning employer brand and candidate experience, and leading compensation strategy. Experience in international recruitment and visa sponsorship administration is essential. The VP will also be expected to partner with senior executives on talent strategy, so the ability to hold a professional point of view under pressure is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The position demands a strategic, hands-on leader who can set and maintain high standards, coach performance, and ensure the team is resourced to meet the organization's talent needs.
